Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before Delivery/Shipment (Applicable to Orders Delivered within India Only):
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘My Account’ section. The refund for the cancelled product will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been successfully processed.
Please note, individual items within an order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, the entire order must be cancelled.
Once your order has been delivered, the terms of our return policy will apply to the product(s).
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation request via email or text.
Once a cancellation request is placed, it cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you will need to place a new order.
If the order is cancelled while in transit, we will only process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Offers and Discounts:
If your purchase was part of a cart offer or discount, and you choose to cancel the order, all products purchased under the same offer will also be cancelled.
If some products from a cart offer are delivered, cancellation will no longer be applicable to the other items under the same offer.
Refund Process for Cancellations:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved. If the shipment has already been dispatched, or if the order is being returned, the refund will be processed once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to the billing details shared by you within 24-48 business hours after receiving the products back. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Discount Vouchers:
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and will be considered used even if the order is canceled.
Returns and Refunds
Returning an Item Purchased on Fashmama:
Fashmama offers an easy return policy, allowing you to request a return for any individual product in your order or return the entire order, within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, log into your account and go to the ‘My Account’ section. Please note that returns can only be initiated once per order.
If you checked out as a guest, you can still return items by creating an account on our platform using the same email ID or phone number used during checkout. Once registered, log into your account to access your order history and initiate a return.
Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all parts, freebies, and the original receipt. The product should be packed properly to avoid damage. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of incorrect items sent back during the return process.
Once the returned product(s) is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check, a refund will be processed.
Return Pickup:
For eligible pin codes where pickup services are available, returns will be picked up within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen logistics challenges beyond our control.
Items That Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged:
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product damage due to misuse or overuse
- Returns without the original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, or if the packaging is damaged
- If the serial number is tampered with
- Defective products not covered under warranty
- Used or altered products
- Returns requested after 30 business days from delivery
- Free products provided by the brand
If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Item:
Fashmama ensures that all shipments go through a strict quality check before leaving our warehouse. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you can request a refund by logging into your account and going to the ‘My Account’ section.
We will arrange a pickup for the product within 2-4 business days. Refunds will be processed once the products are received in their original packaging, including seals, labels, and barcodes. Please note, we do not offer replacements.
Returning Part of Your Order:
You can return individual items from your order. However, a return can only be initiated once per order, and all components, including any complimentary gifts, must be returned together.
Please ensure the shipping and return pickup addresses are the same. If the product was a gift, we understand the shipping and billing addresses may differ.
Refund Process for Returns:
Refunds will be processed once the returned product(s) are received and verified at our warehouse.
